Since 1989, USPAACC has distributed more than $2 million in scholarship support. Major corporations have partnered with USPAACC to create Hallmark Scholarships, and a number of Asian American-owned companies have funded and endowed scholarships through the program. Each year, roughly 10–20 awards of $3,000 to $5,000 are granted to high school seniors across the United States to help fund their post-secondary education.

Throughout his life, John Korsbeck was deeply immersed in agricultural activities and the rural lifestyle. His involvement with the Farmers Union and 4-H was significant, culminating in him receiving the Torchbearer award, the most prestigious honor bestowed upon young members of the Farmers Union. From 1976 to 2005, John served as an insurance agent for the Montana Farmers Union. In addition to his farming endeavors, John was a Vietnam veteran who was greatly respected and admired for his service to his country.
