Headquartered in Philadelphia and led by attorney Edith Pearce, a seasoned personal injury and car accident lawyer, the firm is committed to promoting leadership and excellence among women entering the legal profession. This scholarship is intended to encourage and empower women pursuing careers in law, including fields such as personal injury and related legal specialties.
Award Details
- Scholarship amount: $1,500.00
- Recipient: One female law student for the upcoming academic year
- Disbursement: Paid at the start of the fall semester (2026)
Essay Requirement
Applicants must submit an original essay of 700–1,000 words that addresses the following:
- Explain the most important reasons why it is vital for more women to pursue careers in law.
- Describe your personal motivation for becoming a lawyer and how you expect to make a difference in the legal field.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following:
- Be a resident of the United States.
- Identify as female.
- Be currently enrolled in a law school in the United States, or have been accepted to a U.S. law school and will be attending in the same year as the application deadline.
- Complete and submit the application form, including the required 700–1,000 word essay.
Application Deadline
All applications must be received by December 31, 2026.
