Real Estate Industry Scholarship — Spring 2021 Overview Our Real Estate Industry Scholarship offers a $1,000 award for the Spring Semester 2021. While our company purchases houses in Houston, we recognize that real estate encompasses many different careers and opportunities. Students from any field of study are therefore welcome and encouraged to apply. Eligibility - Open to currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students (all majors). - Previous recipients of this scholarship are not eligible. - The scholarship is offered twice a year (semi-annually). - Applicants must provide proof of current enrollment (official or unofficial transcript or other documentation). Application requirements All materials must be submitted together in a single electronic package. We cannot accept or combine separate files submitted at different times. Required items: 1. Completed scholarship application form (electronic). 2. Supporting documentation of eligibility (proof of enrollment/transcript). 3. A 1,000-word original essay responding to one of the approved topics listed in the application packet. Submission and contact - Submit the entire application electronically in one file. Separate submissions will not be merged. - All inquiries and communications must be conducted by email only. Selection and award - One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded. - Selection will be based primarily on the originality and overall quality of the submitted essay. - The scholarship check will be mailed to the winner. Important dates - Application period: Open now for the Spring 2021 award. - Deadline to submit all application materials and the completed essay: April 15, 2021. - Scholarship will be awarded (mailed) on May 15, 2021.
