Students Who Volunteer Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Marple Rubin Family Law
Marple Rubin Family Law has a strong commitment to volunteer work and giving back to the community. To encourage and support volunteerism and selflessness towards others, Marple Rubin Family Law is excited to offer The Students Who Volunteer Scholarship. This $1,000 scholarship opportunity will be awarded to one student who volunteers regularly and gives back to the community. We want to hear first hand what types of causes students across the country care about and how they utilize their time and abilities to make a difference and enact change.
To qualify for The Students Who Volunteer Scholarship, an applicant must be currently enrolled in an accredited university (community college, junior college, undergraduate program, or graduate program) within the United States. High school graduates or GED holders who are preparing for college-level studies are also eligible to apply. All eligible candidates must be in good academic standing, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
All interested applicants must provide the following:
A) An updated resume
B) A current up-to-date transcript from the applicants school (NOTE: first-year students may submit an unofficial transcript from their most recent institution as well as an unofficial transcript from your current post-secondary institution.)
C) A 750 word essay that discusses the types of volunteer work you participate in regularly and why these causes matter to you. What have you learned from these experiences?
