American Culinary Federation Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by American Culinary Federation
The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation, with the support of the American Academy of Chefs, is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships annually to students:
1) Apprenticeship programs - up to $1,500
2) Certificate programs - up to $1,500
3) Post-secondary degree programs - up to $2,500
Eligibility Requirements
A) Be an exemplary student and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
B) Be currently accepted to the institution with a culinary, pastry or food service-related major.
Application Procedure
A) Applications are based on a point system and will be evaluated by the scholarship selection committee.
B) Points can be earned for: academic grade point average; culinary competition participation; culinary volunteer activities; ACF involvement.
C) Students will be notified by email of any scholarship award or denial 30 business days after the application deadline.
D) Applicants are encouraged to reapply if scholarships are needed in future years.
E) ACF reserves the right to cancel any scholarship at any time if the applicant fails to meet the standards of academic progress or falsifies information reported.
