Money Matters Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by American Payroll Association and Workday
PayrollOrg will award one (1) $5,000 scholarship and two (2) Graduation $1,000 scholarships, open to high school juniors, seniors, and individuals pursuing or planning to pursue higher education or further learning. The scholarship program will run twice during 2025.
Scholarships will be awarded based on participants submitting an essay (1,500 words or less) or video (1-2 minutes in length). The topic for the contest is: How can understanding your paycheck help you handle your money better as a student?
Submit an essay (1,500 words or less) or video (1-2 minutes in length) showcasing your understanding of paycheck knowledge and the importance of mastering paycheck basics. The topic for the contest is: How can understanding your paycheck help you handle your money better as a student?
Three winners will be selected: one recipient will receive a $5,000 scholarship, and two recipients will each receive a $1,000 scholarship.
The scholarship program will run twice during 2025. Please refer to the official scholarship entry terms and conditions for additional details.
Submission Requirements:
- All entries must be accompanied by a completed Money Matters media release form.
- Essays and videos submitted without the required form will not be considered.
The deadlines to enter are:
- May 31, 2025
- October 10, 2025
