Introduction
The attorneys of Moskowitz Law Group are pleased to introduce the Fair Divorce Legislation Scholarship. 2. Essay (750–1,000 words) responding to the prompt: Discuss whether you believe divorce legislation in your state is fair. If you believe it is fair, explain why. If you believe it is not fair, propose reforms that would better protect the interests of all parties involved.
