Overview
This scholarship provides financial support to students pursuing studies in pharmacology or other qualifying licensed human health professions. Preference will be given to candidates planning to study pharmacology, but applicants entering other approved licensed (human) health fields are also eligible.

Who is eligible
- Graduating seniors from Ithaca High School who plan to continue their education at a college or university.
- Alternatively, post-secondary underclassmen currently enrolled at a college or university who are studying for a Pharmacology degree (first preference but not exclusive) or a degree in a qualifying licensed human health profession.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Demonstrated financial need.
Application materials required
- A one-page, typewritten essay describing why you selected pharmacology or a medical/health profession and what you intend to accomplish in your career.
- A personal letter of recommendation from a non-relative (examples: clergy, teacher, or academic advisor).
Additional information
- Students who have received this scholarship in the past may apply again; prior awardees will not receive any special consideration.
